We are thrilled to kick off a brand new season of The Coaching Podcast with a very special introduction. As we dive into Season 8, we are delighted to welcome Emma Love as our new host! Emma takes the baton from the brilliant Georgina Maxwell and is ready to lead us through a fresh line up of coaching and leadership insights.

Based in the East Midlands, Emma began paddling at the age of 46. By 2021, she turned that passion into a mission, founding Wotbikini Stand Up Paddleboarding. Her goal was simple yet transformative: to empower women with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to own the water while building a vibrant community. Emma’s ongoing fascination with all things coaching has led her to progress as a provider in the Sheltered Water environment and to begin her Performance Coach pathway.
Recognised for her commitment to supporting women on the water, Emma has been a #ShePaddles Ambassador and was shortlisted two years running for the Delivery Partner Awards in the Quality and Engagement categories.
And when she’s not on a paddleboard, Emma is more often than not exploring white water kayaking. And always with a huge splash of laughter!
Currently in its 7th season, the Coaching Podcast has over 50,000 downloads, with 76% of downloads from the UK. The global community spans over 65 different countries tuning in including the United States, Germany, Norway and Australia, as well as Sri Lanka and Malaysia.
In 2023, the podcast won Podcast of the Year at the UK Coaching Awards. This success could not be done without our inspiring and enthusiastic guests who generously share their wisdom and expertise.
As we welcome Emma, we also want to share a massive thank you with our outgoing host, Georgina Maxwell. Georgina has been the heartbeat of the show, welcoming a diverse array of guests to discuss everything from women’s health to slalom secrets for white water, as well as all things river play.
