hese exercises are perfect for at home workout’s, creating a golden opportunity to improve our paddling through some physical training.
There are 6 weeks of workouts. Each workout is split into 3 key areas, strength, cardio and mobility, all aimed at paddlesport. To get the most out of these sessions, aim to repeat 2-5 times per week, depending on how you feel and how much time you have available.
