British Canoeing Awarding Body would like to congratulate George Gazetas for achieving the British Canoeing Awarding Body Coaching Diploma. This course is an innovative programme combining Postgraduate level study with paddlesport-specific learning opportunities.
As an overseas student, George has worked both independently in his development as well as ensuring his observations/visits with mentors were well timed and fully considered. George has demonstrated excellent critical analysis of his coaching delivery and how theory has provided the scaffolding to his practice.
British Canoeing Awarding Body recognises George’s relentless hard work and commitment after several setbacks and we hope that he will remain connected to the Coaching Diploma community and the Awarding Organisation.
