British Canoeing Awarding Body is pleased to provide an online eLearning resource to support all leaders’ learning.

To lead in our ever changing water based environment poses a lot of questions for the leader; from where to go, when to go and what to take, no doubt you can relate to many of the above questions and add a lot more. From each of these questions follows a decision to be made, each one of the decisions leading to a successful day out or a day that could have perhaps been better.  The interactive Leadership eLearning will take you through the key principles behind the Paddle UK Model of Leadership Principles and how our behaviours can make all the difference.

This eLearning supports all leaders and aspirant leaders, from sheltered water to advanced water, and can be used before or after a Leadership assessment or as a refresher to your leading activity.

This eLearning has been refreshed from the previous Paddlesport Leader eLearning to enable greater access to this resource for all as the Paddle UK Model of Leadership Principles can impact all of our Leadership Awards and your leading.
