NEW Paddlesports Workouts for When You Are at Home

As we spend more time at home, with many of us at present unable to access water, now could be a golden opportunity to improve our paddling through some physical training.

For the next six weeks, we will bring you a new workout. All you need is a bit of space, so everyone can join in at home or in the garden! The workout is split into 3 key areas; strength, cardio and mobility, all aimed at paddlesport. To get the most out of these sessions, aim to repeat 2-5 times per week, depending on how you feel and how much time you have available.

Paddle UK Coach Developer and Personal Trainer, Pete Catterall, will take you step-by-step through each exercise and each workout.
