This single-module Introduction to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion eLearning covers:
- What is Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)?
- Understanding the Individual
- Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination
- Creating an Inclusive Environment
Learners will also be signposted to further information about specific topics, such as LGBTQ+ inclusion and engaging more women and girls in paddlesport activities.
We encourage anyone from the paddling community who wants to improve their knowledge to complete the eLearning, as it’s suitable for all, regardless of your involvement. Everyone benefits from a greater understanding about these topics and how we can all work to create a more equal, diverse and inclusive sport.
