You earn 5 CPD points by completing this Paddle UK Code of Conduct eLearning. These will be added to your National Association record after completion. You will also be able to download a certificate of completion.
This single-module eLearning covers the 4 key areas of the Paddle UK Coaching Code of Conduct:
- Rights – respecting and championing the rights of every individual to participate in paddlesport.
- Relationship – developing relationships based on openness, honesty, mutual respect and trust.
- Personal Standards – demonstrating appropriate personal behaviour and conduct.
- Professional Standards – maximising the benefits and minimising the risk to participants, by attaining an appropriate level of competence.
